I would like a bath today and unfortunately the water seems to be cold, so I just have to endure it since I needed to relieve myself as well. Maybe in the near future I would like to have a water heater installed so that I could be able to enjoy a better water temperature during cold days like these past months and when it rains.
I am not preferring a hot water bath or warm water from a pail that I could scoop out with a dipper, I rather want to have a warm water straight from the tap but for now I might just have to plan for it and maybe I could buy an affordable one that I could use for that purpose.

I do like bathing all the time particularly during the times that it is hot and humid but during the cold days it gets harder to even get out from my bed and get struck by the cool air blown by my electric fan. I do not have any insulation from the cold really, my limbs gets cold easily as if they are like from a dead body considering that I am not anemic.

Anyway I wasn't able to sleep last night but maybe today I would be able to after my trip to the bathroom hopefully, the Caffeine pills and energy drink ruined my sleep pattern which I think I needed to re-adjust because I am overly stimulated already to the point that this insomnia just happenes after my dialysis session.
Although I do not want to go to the dreaded bathroom because it is cold I have to and after that I would try to get some rest. My body clock is just wrecked already as sometimes I would sleep all day and be awake all night or would be awake two night in a row, it is not regular anymore. I am not surprised given the fact that I do have lots of imbalances in my body already.
