I grew up on a farm and tried city living a few times, but always ended up back in the countryside. I am making changes now on how I grow some vegetables so as the years go on I can continue. I also grow salad greens indoors during snowy months.
It's so wonderful to eat what you grow, that tastes like glory. You are very fortunate.
Life has me in the city, It's still a long way to go back to the countryside, but that's where I want to spend my last years, I feel that's where I really feel comfortable.
My mom and i have tried countless times to grow something in a pot, but the hot and humid climate of the city always ruins it.
