Wildlife Photography: Roe Deer - Roebuck / Rehbock

I took these pictures last summer in my home town of Oberdrauburg. These were pretty much my first attempts at wildlife photography with the Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary super telephoto zoom lens.

Diese Bilder habe ich im vorigen Sommer in meinem Heimatort Oberdrauburg aufgenommen. Das waren so ziemlich meine ersten Wildlife Photography Versuche mit dem Super-Tele-Zoom-Objektiv Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary.

When I went out hunting that morning last Summer, armed with the heavy lens (1,930 grams), I was really lucky that this cute roebuck came out of the small woodland the moment I got on the hunter's seat.

Als ich an diesem Morgen im letzten Sommer mit dem schweren Objektiv (1.930 Gramm) bewaffnet auf die Jagd gegangen bin, hatte ich richtiges Glück, dass gerade in dem Moment, als ich auf den Jägersitz gestiegen war, dieser süße Rehbock aus dem kleinen Wäldchen gekommen ist.

Of course the roebuck noticed me after a while, but wasn't really scared and only slowly disappeared into the forest again after a while.

Natürlich hat der Rehbock mich nach einer Weile bemerkt, ist aber nicht wirklich ängstlich gewesen und erst nach einer Weile gemächlich wieder im Wald verschwunden.

I had to distract myself with older things like these photos today, which I really have enjoyed photographing, just to forget for a short time the past days and that this year...

Ich musste mich heute mit älteren Sachen wie diesen Fotos beschäftigen, bei denen ich so richtig Spaß am Fotografieren gehabt habe, um für kurze Zeit die letzten Tage zu vergessen, und dass dieses Jahr...
