Because of the lack of colors I didn't like that photo very much, and you are right, the waterfall is quite small. After rainfalls and in Spring or Summer much more water flows there and the scene looks really good though.

Yes, the colors are real in the fall, I believe they are nicer in the Spring and Summer. With more water I believe it is a much nicer waterfall.

You are saying it right - Spring and Summer, and also the Autumn are very colorful in this forest, but now in Winter it ist just dark and colorless.
There won't be snow this weekend, but we have quite nice weather, so I do not mind ;)

It has snowed here, but only in a few higher regions. I didn't see snow today and it is very windy in the mountains. Down here it is sunny and very warm, just like in Spring. What a weird weather we have ;)
