The first two photos are from the day before yesterday, but the waterfall is from July. Anyway, the water is cold in December as well as in July, but in July it is refreshing and in December is is only cold ;)
Nothing happened, because I didn't try to get to the waterfall - it was too dangerous, and since I was alone there I didn't want to try anything.

The cold water in the river seemed to me, and the month of July .... and I know when we climb the mountains and come across a river, when I dip my hand ... my fingers are freezing. 🤭

Yes, you are right, on that photo from July the brook was not that big, so that I easily could get to the other side.
