I have had a lot of work, so the week has gone quite fast.
I think, my osteoarthritis is not as bad as your back - is it better now or do still have pain? No, I don't take any medications or better said I don't take medications at all.

Howdy tonight sir johannpiber! Well I didn't mean medications as in prescriptions but rather there are powerful herbals that work well with that condition and that's what I was wondering about.
My back is so much better today. I'll be back outside working in just 2 more days.

I know, that you meant herbals and I should have added these also to my answer - no, I don't take anything. I try to do some exercises with my fingers sometimes and that's pretty much all. Maybe if it gets worse in the comming years I will search for something, and yes, I do know I should do it now and not wait until it's too late ;)

I have just been driving around and haven't been really motivated today. Now I have quickly made a short post for tonight and then I'll go to sleep - maybe tomorrow will be a better day for me ;)

Yes, some of the herbals are amazingly effective so it would be interesting to try them out. Smithlabs has done all kinds of healing through herbals. Even stopped his wife's migraine headaches with them. In fact he's been turning around her MS with herbals!
Now, my friend, I would need some herbals which can bring my motivation back - we have beautiful weather outside and I don't want to go out photographing.
Well, I do get out, but I don't have so much fun these days ... such moods last a couple of days and soon I'll be the old one again ;)
