No, me neither, I haven't been sick for quite a while. I think, last year I stayed at home for 2 or three days all in all, because I felt sick. I don't take and medications - I never do, if possible.
So, I think, we Steemians seem to be healthy people ;)

Some of us are anyway, the important ones. lol...well 2 or 3 days out of a whole year when you are working around other people is exceptional! You must be healthy as a horse and stubborn as a mule. lol.

As you might remember, I have grown up on the countryside right below a steep mountain forest and have been living in the shadow of this forest for a long time.
This might have made me much stronger than others, because none of my family is often ill, apart from my mum, but she loves to go to the doctor ;)

I am very glad to hear that sir johannpiber and I bet the food was natural and unprocessed for the most part, all the time growing up. But I have never heard of anyone who loves to go to the doctor!
Oh my mum does like to go there, because there are always some people waiting and to talk about the weather and this and that... she likes to talk, and you would have much fun talking to her if she would speak any English ;)
Right, most of the food has come from our garden and much of the meat came from the neighbor farmers - all clean from chemistry and fresh and healthy 🙂

That is wonderful news about the food. And your mom uses the doctor for her social visits! lol..that is very interesting. Back when she went to school they did not teach English?

When she went to school they didn't learn English, but she learned Italian, because she comes from East Tyrol which is a direct neighbor of Italy (South Tyrol).

All children learn English at school, of course. English is the main foreign language, but depending on the school they learn other languages like French, Spanish or even Russian or other languages too.
