How to upload whole mp3 album to youtube ?

I want to grab ie 5 files, add 1 (same!) image to them then convert to mp4 in batch and upload.

Anyone knows such software? Some that i have tried didnt work.

I wanna do a batch mp3 + same image to MP4 on widnows or mac.
