My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2019

Busy day once again. Lovely Sunday morning run, pace was a bit slower but I felt string and pushed through. Great tunes and an awesome view.

Next up lunch with the fam at the harbour. Showing the kiddo some seals before she devoured some fish and chips.

Then the nieces bday with lots of cake and sugar. I prob ate all the calories I burnt off plus I still have some cake in the fridge. Why does it taste soooo gooood.

Lol made me chuckle too. I just polished off the last of the last of the cake. Now I can move on. Now that to you mention it. I think I've had quite a few bdays with no cake. They weren't any less memorable 🤷‍♀️
