I was going to say it still looks classy....

..... then I saw the lead warning. Probably any place that old will have some lead I'm thinking.

        I think you are right. I would want to know that the lead pipes for the water supply had been replaced, but Since I'm not into eating paint chips, I don't think I would be concerned about the paint.
