I'm aware of the details. It's supposed to be a seamless transition.
What do I do? I don't know and that's what drives me crazy. Steem, with everyone moving out and centralization moving in, to me, that's useless. I can't be loyal to something that could be shut off without a moments notice. That 'immutuable' concept is gone. Maybe there's potential, financially, but not for my style of content. I'm not interested in finding ways to exploit a reward pool and I think, especially since they want to remove something like a downvote, it's no longer sustainable. My art is nothing without real eyes and you know I like to joke around and get laughs. I think some of my content would even get me banned from Voice.
Hive will become the only place where I can explore the arts and have fun, business as usual. When I joined Steem, I settled in because it was already on a strong foundation. I didn't know anything about this stuff but I researched endlessly before going 'all in' with my content. I didn't need to be here to make money with my content. I wanted to be here to be a part of this movement.
I dunno. I'm just rambling. Why can't I be like a normal human and board a hype train...
