I have not much cash at hand now, it is because of my unavoidable Appendicitis, I didn't know that it was that expensive, about a tenth of a million in my local money and I thank God that at least I am able to get some discounts because of my being a person with disability (PWD) card holder plus the discount coming from my health insuarnce although it ate about a month of my dialysis session allocation but nonetheless I had made it and didn't die a lingering death.
Appendicitis is really a very painful illness, it may kill you also if left untreated or operated on plus it is expensive and dying from it is not the best way to go because of what you will undergo before you are done for good.
Now I just have to take my Parathyroid medicine religiously, I am having some progress about my PTH levels due to my careful control of Phosphorus levels so with a bit of maybe time and patience I will be able to normalize my Parathyroid hormone.
Maybe I will be able to taper down my dosage of Cinacalcet if I am able to make my Parathyroid level to go down but still that one dose or tablet a day destroys my appetite. What I do want is that I really do not want to take that medicine again because of the said reasons.
Right now I just have to go about my medical therapy no matter how hard it is for to endure both physically and financially but at least I am also able to save some money for my future surgery and post operation needs and hopefully God would bless my plans so that finally I can live with no more appetite issues as well as having to buy a ridiculously expensive medicine for my raging Parathyroid glands.
None of my plans and goals would not happen without a tool at my disposal and that is cryptos, Bitcoin and STEEM. Which is why I am happy that I have them in my life and been using them to let myself help myself in these trying years of my life.
It is really hard to rely on other people financially, you will feel the lowest of the low if not make you feel sad about your situation. But if you have something to fall back into and in my case have discovered many friends worldwide to care for me then that is just a bliss and makes you feel safe and secured like what I am experiencing right now through steem.
