Any minute now my mother would get up and tell me to take a bath already so that I could finish early and dress-up and eat lightly a bot before we go for my early dialysis. I am always excited about my dialysis and why would I not be because I will literally get cleaned-off with toxins and all that medicine residues and side-effects in my body which will really make me feel well for a few hours until I take my dose of Cinacalcet.
It is unfortunate that there is only one medicine for hyperparathyroidism and it is only manufactured by one company which is why it is a very expensive drug. The bad thing is that it causes a severe appetiteloss and nausea that is affecting my life but in the other hand helping me out with my bone and joint pains.
I just wanted myself to get a parathyroidectomy so that I will never ever have to use this awful medicine which is that cause of my hardship through my short life. I rather endure years of dialysis rather than continue to use this medicine.
Only after an hour of getting hooked-up at my dialysis my appetite comes back then my mother would arrive bringing me my favorite food of fried pork pieces with gravy on rice. Sometimes I am hungry enough that I could three cups of rice so at that point really I am full to the brim.
Prior to that I had taken 800 mg of my Caffeine capsules already plus I would drink my energy drinks which contains another 164 mg of Caffeine. I am confident that my BP would hold because of the blood-pressure-raising effects of Caffeine plus most of the Caffeine will get washed anyway so I will not be subjected to overdosage as my dialyzer is really efficient in cleaning-out my blood.
I am happy that in a few hours at least I will be okay again and God-willing will see the light of another day if he so wills it. My life is like cryptos, it is volatile but my value never goes up but only is flat-lining but at least I have my own "investors", my friends in the background that supports me all the way through, you know who you all are and my prayers is that may God get you a place in heaven soon.
