I Have No More Belly Discomfort Prior To My Appendectomy

I remember having this discomfort or I should say pain in my belly, in the Appendix area although I have no clue where the Appendix area is located before. I thought that it was just normal because I am always subjected to pain and I thought that it was just my irritable bowel that causes it.

Until I thought that it was just gas pain because it flared up for one time but went off by itself until more than a week ago the pain just is unbearable, I managed to endure it for a couple of days and still there is no improvement plus I was having chills or fever that denotes an infection so I just decided to go to the E.R. and have it checked to see if what it is.

The attending physician suspected an Appendicitis and told us to get an ultrasound but later we had a CT scan because it will make a detailed assessment on what my Appendix looks like plus more.

True enough, I had Appendicitis after the surgeon had read the CT scan results asked the Nephrologist and my Endocrinologist to clear me up for a possible appendectomy. Since I have a low blood pressure at that time I asked the Nephrologist to make my BP go up because my surgery won't push through if my BP won't normalize, it was caused by the infection.

But a few hours before the surgery I had managed to raise it up and the surgery happened without any problems whatsoever arising, the surgeon told my mother that I didn't bleed much, maybe the BP helped with that so I am happy afterwards. I am already awake after the surgery but still weak because I was still recuperating from the infection that had made me weaker.

Now that I had recovered from my Appendectomy I went back to my previous strength. I can get up now without much help from my parents and I am able to take a bath on my own too which is just what I wanted for now. I do think that the added Cinacalcet dose is also helping so maybe with less than a month I will see much improvement with regards to having lesser pain and more energy for this trodden and beaten upon body of mine. I thank God and my steem community for all these grace that I am receiving.

By the way for one thing my surgery would just healed fast and I attribute it to my Vitamin C intake. When you take vitamin C your wounds heal faster plus it has other benefits like a better iron absorption from foods, better strength, cognitive effects, and enhanced sleep too as well as resistance against colds and flu. So everyone should take it especially for children and people who gets colds a lot.
