Yeah, but here in my Spanish region they have round about 80% income from tourism, not only 20% like the medium in Spain, and in addition Andalusia ist the biggest part of Spain with the most inhabitants but has the poorest population, so for them this measurements from the central Government in Madrid will mean that most of the people won´t have some income this year -no tourist, no money- but the regional Government here in Andalusia will force the opening because of the pressure from al the people who is suffering with this self made monetary crisis.

I hope it will be better soon, because the sun and the higher temperatures here are nice to have but don´t pay our bills :(

True, I really hope you can welcome the tourists very soon! I love Andalucia, Sevilla is an amazing city, friendly people, great food...
