Look at the area near discovery bay on Google satellite maps. It doesn't look like much of a blessing from space.

@crypticat, Here i am talking about the General aspect and by that mean, in this world every place hold something unique. So it was not just limited to Discovery Bay.
But i want to appreciate your feedback.

I hear you and get the point about the resources, Canada's economy was built on natural resources and we use aluminum every day. Those mines are big and make a pink scar in the lush greenery of Jamaica that's all. I'm sure the people working there for big bucks don't mind also, all the people flying to Jamaica in planes built from the Aluminum don't mind.
Nothing wrong with your poem, I love this series and hope you make a map one day with all the places you are writing about.
