I have been diagnosed with mental health issues as well, and for some reason, I can relate so much to when you say " I get it already, I'm broken".💔

        Awe. Thank you so much. I have never been too open (or even aware) of the severity of mine and my Daughter's mental (and physical) health- this is a little scary for me as I've always presented the strong, capable persona. I'm still a little unsure about how open I'm being but, messages like this pour a cup of certainty and strength into the recipe. 💕
