The rights for muslim women also seems communal for the author. Once again he is contradicting himself on secularism. Australia is also a secular country, they have Uniform Civil Code(UCC) there, let's the bring UCC act to become a law in this land to make it more secular.

        It's communal when it's done again and again to the same group of people. In BJP's case, it's muslims. Never said it was for good or bad. I pointed out the series of actions from the govt. that proves my point. !!
