Hello everyone here's a yummy vegetable pie I made here is the finished product
Right so first step you will need a few potatoes and some sweet potatoes and some carrots cut them all into small pieces boil them to they are soft
Mash down and a noob of butter some salt and pepper then add a small bit of milk mix all ingredients together
Cut up a onion pepper and spring onion I also like to add a chilly pepper but it's not necessary add to the mash
Once added to the mash it should look like this mash down a bit more add some grated cheese if you like chesse put in a baking tray or pie dish grate a bit of cheese on top bit of salt and pepper and cook under the grill not oven as cooking in the oven will dry it out the grill will just give it a nice crisp top
