mixed feeling on every huge move as always my friend!!

seems like a good one at the moment, and yeah...flexibility also helps in the seasonal affective disorder i can tell (even though it will not totally go away ever)

but uhhhhh...get a sponsor for SF4 dude.....we need your skills! (and I am not talking about the techy ones!)

        Yep mix and mashed :)

        Exercise is a good one, it's just tougher to do when it's cold and dark.
