Hey @roelandp, talk to someone in Spain to see if you guys can get subsidised by the government. When we were checking stuff out for Hivefest in Lithuania we found out that our government would subsidize the event because we would bring foreigners to Lithuania who will book hotels, visit business, eat in restaurants, learn about Lithuania and even come to possible new business relationships. So the government invests in these projects to attract people to Lithuania.

Maybe Spain also has something similar.
