We need servers (web, processes, database, and storage) that require security and performance monitoring, maintenance and regular backups.

Have you considered places like Hetzner, OVH, Kimisufi, and as a last resort Oneprovider? Oneprovider is super cheap on certain ones, but beware of managing through the panel. I used them for years, and only had one issue. But that issue was a hard reboot request being taken as a request to wipe the server for a fresh install 😲... Hetzner is the cheapest if you require an i7 processor. Go to robot / auction.
