@crimsonclad Hey, sorry I'm jumping on your post like this, but wanted to reach out to you on-chain. And I guess a big piece of your post is inevitably about the DHF. I can also say what you are doing and have done for Hive is very much noticed and appreciated, and we (crypto space, world, don't know) do need more people who bring humanity and competence. I hope you find a good balance for you - whatever that may be. :)

Now, I wanted to reach out to you and share this initiative for having a dedicated community to discuss ideas for improvements to the DHF in a more organized way. Thank you for the kind words. We are building for a reason under a challenging ethos and an unprecedented time. Hive and the humans it serves are needed so much more than ever 🖤 Any imbalance has been a weird mix of some of the worst luck and experiences imaginable all heaped together, coupled with me putting off looking at what's a good valuation for work to the ecosystem because I spend a horrific amount of time overthinking ethics and Hive-centric impacts. At the end of the day, it's on me to own that only i can fix it, and that in another parallel world somewhere it isn't imbalanced at all. Roll of the dice, strength of belief. I'm entering a period where the bad has come to a conclusion (knocking on every surface in my house from hardwood to veneer to anything vaguely brown) and part of making life good is returning my full attention here as it has always been. I will say, absolute hell of a time for me to get ready to make a proposal, though 😂😂😂
