I also go through some of my own experience with the 3 that I have used myself, DTube, 3speak and LBRY.

Alternatives are great... All 3 platforms that you have explained have their good sides and bad sides, but I like all 3 more than YouTube :)

LBRY has the best "story", and I think that they have the best way of video hosting (torrent way), and in most of the cases it works ok... The only problem is their LBRY blockchain that has sometimes big time gaps between blocks... (that's the "waiting for confirmation" message after you upload your video)... I think that problem is that their blockchain is PoW, and there are not too much miners because of not that good price of the token...

3Speak is my favorite as I respect their engagement model with different communities and their commitment to Hive...

D.Tube... huh... I have mixed feelings... I like the idea, separate blockchain, etc... but I think that they have made a lot of mistakes with "communication" and lack of punctuality (their mainnet is late 1-2 years, or more)... But, all this can be solved, and I hope that they will do it... Would like to see them on the top...

Thanks a lot Zoltan, yeah there are pro's and con's with all of them, and none are perfect, but as you said the P2P way for video hosting that LBRY have is really better than the others, and if I understand things correctly it does make it way harder for anyone to take down a video, 3speak was supposed to use another blockchain for video hsoting but it never happened, and DTube uses their own BTFS node, so getting that not taken down you need to have a BTFS node yourself lol, as to the DTC token I heard it trades for around 15 to 20 cents on Ionomy right now, so not too bad price wise, but the interface could use a major overhaul though, and the fact that they only post to the DTube community is something I do not like at all, thanks for a great comment and have an awesome weekend.

Dtube allow only 1 tag, so that means DTube wants to be an exclusive community.💁

Thanks @roger5120, yeah that is not the best, but I just edit it right after posting using PeakD, that way I can add more, I edit in more tags on 3speak too, even though they allow 5 tags, I wish you an awesome weekend.
