That's an interesting topic you are talking about. When I was younger (much younger) I was doing a lot of sports and I learned that in order to improve one of the most important aspects was to have enough sleep because our brain and our body needs this time to actually adapt and improve itself. If sleep is lacking, it can lead us to a negative spiral where we get more and more tired and in the end we burn out or get depressive.
