How about something different? This is a simple post, without much complexity in technical or photographic terms. It's about some family portraits during a walk we did in the Recoleta neighborhood, my sister-in-law visited us with her son (my nephew) and we took him to a crazy car event: car races basically, since he loves cars and after that we went to Plaza Francia to walk around, see the crafts and then go to eat something.
Before arriving to Plaza Francia we stopped at a traffic circle where there is a monument, we took out a ball and started to play and share, I took my camera out of my backpack to take some pictures of the urban landscapes and I proposed to take some portraits of the aunt (my wife) while she was sitting on one of the steps of the monument.
They are not portraits with a lot of composition but rather spontaneous, while she was sitting in the same position I took several shots while changing poses and taking advantage of the wind and that her hair has movement, it seemed appropriate to edit these photos in black and white because of the background we had, the hard light and shadows.
¿Que tal algo diferente? Este es un post sencillo, sin mucha complejidad en términos técnicos o fotográficos. Se trata de unos retratos familiares durante un paseo que hicimos en el barrio de Recoleta, mi cuñada nos visitó con su hijo (mi sobrino) y lo llevamos a un evento de autos locos: carreras de autos básicamente, ya que le encantan los autos y luego de eso nos fuimos a la plaza Francia a caminar, ver las artesanías para luego ir a comer algo.
Antes de llegar a plaza Francia hicimos una parada en una rotonda donde se encuentra un monumento, sacamos una pelota y empezamos a jugar y compartir, saque mi cámara de la mochila para tomar algunas fotos de los paisajes urbanos y propuse hacer algunos retratos a la tía (mi esposa) mientras estaba sentada sobre uno de los escalones del monumento.
No son retratos con mucha composición sino más bien espontáneos, mientras ella estaba sentada en una misma posición hice varias tomas al mismo tiempo que cambiaba de poses y aprovechando un poco el viento a favor y que su cabello tenga movimiento, me pareció apropiado editar éstas fotos en blanco y negro por el fondo que teniamos, la luz dura y las sombras.
For the second series we have the protagonist of the day our cute nephew of only 3 years old. It's really funny because I never proposed to him to take pictures of him, at one point I focused him to take a distracted portrait and he realized it, he immediately started posing and smiling 😅 so we took these pictures while making gestures with his hands and it's even funnier that day he was learning to make this sign 🤘🏻 but every time he tried he made this one 🖕🏻😂 that's why there is a picture like this.
In other pictures he is playing with one of his Hot Wheels cars and in others he was already mad because he wanted a slide hahaha 🤣 still he is a model that will never disappoint and while he has the opportunity we will take pictures with him.
This time I decided to leave the photos in color, it seems to me that coincidentally his clothes matched the place where he was where you can appreciate nature, trees and those green and yellow tones made the photos have a bit of harmony in that sense. And so out of the blue you get nice family photos that will last in time... For these photos I used the 70-300mm lens.

Para la segunda serie tenemos al protagonista del día nuestro lindo sobrino de solo 3 años. Es realmente cómico porque nunca le propuse a él tomarle fotos, en un momento le enfoqué para hacerle un retrato distraído y se dió cuenta, inmediatamente empezó a posar y a sonreír 😅 así que hicimos éstas fotos mientras hacía gestos con sus manos y es más gracioso aún que ese día estaba aprendiendo a hacer esta seña 🤘🏻 pero cada vez que lo intentaba hacía ésta 🖕🏻😂 por eso hay una foto así.
En otras fotos se encuentra jugando con uno de sus autos Hot Wheels y en otras ya estaba enojado porque quería un tobogán jajaja 🤣 aún así es un modelo que nunca va a defraudar y mientras tenga la oportunidad haremos fotitos con él.
En esta ocasión decidí dejar las fotos en color, me parece que casualmente su ropa combinaba con el lugar donde estaba donde se puede apreciar la naturaleza, árboles y esos tonos verdes y amarillos hacia que las fotos tengan un poco de armonía en ese sentido. Y así de la nada obtienes lindas fotos familiares que perdurará en el tiempo... Para éstas fotos use el lente 70-300mm.
