RE: Just some wild horses in Conamara and two songs ❤️

in Photography Lovers8 months ago (edited)

Nick Cave is growing on me. "No more shall we part" was the first album I was listening to up and down and whenever I could, such a great composition of songs.

When I first listend to Wild Horses, I couldn't believe it was the Rolling Stones. It's part of my all-time-playlist for the restaurant, and I still hear it from time to time while sitting upstairs in the bureau.

Must be great to see wild horses in action. No big mammals here, but the Tortoises on the Galapagos where something special.

Ya I really like Nick Cave. He's an excellent wordsmith and has something to say.

The photos didn't even do justice to those horses. It was so cool seeing them running past. It seems like they were playing and having the craic, which was cool to witness.

Wow, you've been to Galapagos. That must have been amazing 👏

Yes, it was beautiful. I was living in Ecuador 10 years already before I made it to the Galapagos :-D Absolutely worth it, though.

I hope to get there some day. I always love seeing the likes of David Attenborough there. It seems like a truly amazing and special place.

Can't recommend it high enough! And if you don't need any luxury, it's kind of affordable, considering what you're getting. If you time it right (low season) and don't mind the cheap housing and food, you can get away with something like 500-700$ per person (starting in Ecuador), depending on if you want to do one of the 150$ cruises that are absolutely worth it. All day, and you get to snorkel in amazing places.
