View Over Clew Bay
Last week I started of with a Throw Back Thursday to a family wedding and shared a good few photos. This week it's just the one photo. The incredible view of Clew Bay from atop Ireland's holy mountain Croagh Patrick.
The basic premise for Throwback Thursday is that I will find some old photograph/s or memories and share them with a short post on a Thursday, so let's kick it off then shall we for week 2?
The idea came to me today while looking through some old photos. I thought why not share a few on Hive.
I have climbed Croagh Patrick many times with Friends and Family, but I think this is my favourite photograph.
I like the contrasting colours between to the clouds in the sky, the green fields of County Mayo and the gorgeous blues of Clew Bay.
If you ever make it to the West coast of Ireland, be sure to include Mayo on your itenary, as places like Achill island, Croagh Patrick and Westport are worthy of anyone's time.
