That time of the year

I guess we're lucky in one way. We always have at least one foreign holiday every year. In other ways it's not luck though. I worked in school when it counted just before exams. I studied engineering and got my degree. I worked hard in those early years and still work hard.

As a result I can afford certain things. So lucky perhaps to be born in an up and coming country where I had opportunities and born into a good family.

We come here every year. We know where all the nice restaurants are and it's just easy breezy.

Last night we went to an Indian restaurant which we know is excellent and guess what?

It was excellent!

Lamb jalfrezi, vino tinto.

Beautiful.

I love the quaint small little Spanish villages nestled in yhe mountains.
