I'm back with more photos today.

Life is busy, so waxing lyrical with a War and Peace style post is not an option.

It's Fives weekend in Galway, so it's a very busy time for me.

Playing.

Coaching.

Watching.

Mixing.

It's alway a great weekend of football.

I did find a little bit of time this morning though.

Cup of tea.

Silence.

Nature.

Bliss.

Bees buzzing.

It's really nice to just sit sometimes.

Be present.

Listen to nature.

Appreciate being alive.

The simple things.

Beauty in the habitual and the banal.

Take inspiration from nature.

The greatest teacher of all.

It's all about the present moment.

The now.

No looking back.

No projecting forward.

Just now.

Embrace it.

Life is fleeting.

Remember to live it.
