Congrats @talesfrmthecrypt , just seen your post the now! That was cool did you talk to Romesh Ranganathan? I never knew he was a children's author and look at all those activities for kids! Looks like festivals have gone family friendly. Changed days from my youth when I used to go.
I didn’t speak with him but my eldest boy did (that’s him wearing the glasses) just before he did his show for kids. This is his first kids book so it’s a relatively new development.
Yeah definitely has changed a lot since the days of my youth. I used to regularly go to Reading festival back in the day and that was absolutely not a place to take kids!
Latitude had so much to do for all ages and interests, it was definitely worth going to and I’m sure we’ll be back at some point in the future.
