What a beautiful quote from Nelson Mandela! And a very accurate one as well... I must say I struggle with a lot of internal shame. I was always a shy kid. Unfortunately, my childhood didn't help me overcome that. So now, as an adult, I'm always that clumsy dancer that doesn't know how to be with my own body π π I've improved over time and over a couple of beers as well π€£
But still, I sort of envy the people who don't give a shit and do their own thing! They are the ones that are on the right path ππ
