Three Tune What now?

Right, Ok, now for the benefit of new readers, every Tuesday I pick three songs, sometimes all three from the same artist, sometimes three tunes from a particular genre, other times three songs from a certain country - you get the idea. I've always asked others to get involved and over the past few weeks, that is exactly what's happened, and we now have some ThreeTune regulars which is fantastic! The ask is to basically choose three songs to share. You can sing them or hum them or just pick three from an artist you love like I do, which is what most people do each week.

Here is a link to last week's post - at the end I said that I would pick someone who shared some decent tunes and give them a share in Hive basic income courtesy of me. Once again, we had some top-class entries and new songs for our collective ears, which is class.

Hive Basic Income

Again for the benefit of new readers, are you new to Hive? Are you struggling to get support on those first posts of yours? Have you come back to Hive recently and are struggling in a similar fashion? If so, I would advise you to keep an eye out for competitions that offer you Hive Basic Income shares. Jasper deservedly makes it into the showcase again this week. These posts take time and effort to compile and would you believe this is week 47 in a row where Japser has took part by singing three songs, many his own originals, that's almost 150 different songs folks. Hats off to the big man from South Africa.

Morrisey - This Joke Isn't Funny Anymore @blanchy

When @blanchy posts, it's always worthwhile reading, one of my favourites on here, up there with @meesterboom for entertainment value. When he shares tunes, it's worth listening too, as he doesn't do shite tunes, he'd be the kind of lad you'd happily let run the tunes for the night at a party. This week he unpacks his recent trip to a Morrisey gig in Ireland.

Glen Miller - Pearls on Velvet @sirenahippie

All aboard the time machine. We go back decades and decades and decades to @sirenahippie's Granfather who owned an album, which was then handed down. How many times has it been played since do you think? Read the post to find out all about it.

Boston - More Than a Feeling @handofzara

@handofzara weighs in this week with three crackers, kicking things off with More Than a Feeling by Boston and this deserves a share for Brad Delp's moustache, which is most impressive, and so are the songs, go check them out folks.

I really enjoyed finding out about United Future Organisation, a Japanese Jazz band, so much so that I also listened to the full album "Jazzin" and I would recommend that you do the same, tis pure ear candy.
