And the winner is...

First off, I am not forgetting week 46, and I will listen to those songs on the next few days and select the winner, but for now, I am going to try to get back on schedule and share the week 47 tunes and of course the winner of the 1 SBI share - keep reading to find out who won.

For the benefit of new readers, every Tuesday I pick three songs, sometimes all three from the same artist, sometimes three tunes from a particular genre, other times three songs from a certain country - you get the idea. I've always asked others to get involved and over the past few weeks, that is exactly what's happened and we now have some ThreeTune regulars which is fantastic! The ask is to basically choose three songs to share. You can sing them or hum them or just pick three from an artist you love like I do, which is what most people do each week.

It's great to see new people getting involved and I am learning about so much new music, as well as remembering old classics which is class.

Hive Basic Income

Again for the benefit of new readers, are you new to Hive? Are you struggling to get support on those first posts of yours? The Tunes

We're weighing in at 21 tunes again this week, which is class. Right so, speaking of tunes, let's get down to it.

@blanchy hits is up with his favorite band of all time, or at least one of his favorites - Radiohead. As usual he brings us three of the lesser known songs from his band of choice and all three are fantastic and well worth the listen for Radiohead fans and those not so familiar with the band.

@cmplxty is back with one of his favorite genres of all this week, bringing us Alt rock from Florence and the Machine, Vampire Weekend and Hippo Campus, all three well worth a spin on your digital turntable. crank the volume.

@por500bolos brings us none other than Jimi Hendrix and somehow we have made it to week 47 and this is the first time we have had a tune from the master that Jimi Hendrix. Sit back and enjoy these bangers, you won't regret it.

@coquicoin - first things first, welcome to the crazy tunes gang, hopefully you'll become a regular here. Great to see some more tunes coming through from other countries singing in their own language. In fact you have given me an idea for a post, singers from Ireland that sing rock songs, but in their own local accent - thanks for that. Check out Soda Stereo below folks.

@tengolotodo brings us three cracking party piece songs from his native Scotland, which was a perfect answer to my own three Irish party pieces. I thought the Irish ones were a good laugh, but these are every bit as good. Go and check them out on his page.

@captainquack22 is back and he is voting with his ears and his feet for Linkin Park. These guys are a popular choice here on TTT over the past few weeks, so I might have to hit up one of their albums for a listen soon. I find this good driving or workout music.
