Today is thursday. And today my runing walk in this actifit report is over 8k over steps. So in this walk report i started walk in evening time and below are two content post are last days.

hey every body how are you? it is hot summer day and today i went for morning walk but it was not very much long walk, just little bit short steps, i was not feeling well so only in this report you can see my 10k steps over that are not very much good but its ok, and every day is nice day, i am feeling we says to self that every day is good day, because we own develop every day, it is depending on our self how we spend a day.

hello every one, how are you, today was very much hot day and i went to school after many days, i gave books to students because they need books for study. so i came back home, then took rest then could go out for walk, here covid 19 situation is worse, we have no idea when this will end, but there is not lock down now, so we need more care , more rest at home, now i am going to bed , good night dear all actifit community
