Nach langer Zeit hat heute das Wetter und die Zeit gepasst um mit den Nordic-Walking-Stöcken mal wieder eine Runde zu drehen und so etwas für die Gesundheit zu tun.
Insgesamt sind wir in 90 Minuten etwas mehr als 9 kilometer gelaufen.
Entlang unseres Weges wurden wir von zahlreichen lächelnden Menschen begleitet. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Kandidaten zur Bürgermeister- und Landratswahl die von den Wahlplakaten auf uns herunterschauen.
Zum einen halte ich es für eine Verschwendung von Ressourcen, zum anderen bin ich Fan unserer Demokratie. Tatsächlich ist mir sogar aufgefallen, das ich bislang noch gar keine Drucksachen der Grünen bekommen habe, Plakate habe ich auch keine gesehen. Gibt es hier ein Umdenken oder sind die nur spät dran.
Derweil ist uns noch aufgefallen, dass aufgrund der Trockenheit die Bäume schon reichlich Laub verlieren, dass man denken könnte, der Herbst wäre schon da.

After a long time, today the weather and the time was right to do something for our health with the Nordic walking sticks.
All in all, we walked a little over 9 kilometers in 90 minutes.
Along our way we were accompanied by numerous smiling people. These are the candidates for the mayor and district councilors who look down at us from the election posters.
On the one hand, I think it's a waste of resources, and on the other, I'm a fan of our democracy. In fact, I even noticed that I have not yet received any printed matter from the Greens, nor have I seen any posters. Is there a rethink here or are they just running late?
In the meantime, we noticed that due to the drought the trees are already losing a lot of leaves, that one could think that autumn is already here.
