Hello to all my friends from Actifit and Blurt I share my daily step report 👏🏻 Today I did my daily training at Crossfit which was so strong that I couldn't even take a photo 🥵!

In the afternoon I went for a walk along the beach to relax and I also ate a coconut ice cream 🥥 in its shell, too good 😜! How was your day?

Holaa a todos mis amigos de Actifit y Blurt les comparto mi reporte diario de pasos 👏🏻 Hoy realicé mi entrenamiento diario en el Crossfit el cual estuvo tan fuerte que no pude tomar ni una foto 🥵!

En la tarde fui a dar un paseo a la orilla de la playa para relajarme y también comí un helado de coco 🥥 en su cáscara, demasiado bueno 😜! Su día qué tal estuvo ?
