But today's plan was a little different. To increase blood circulation in the morning, I went out for a jog.

When I went out for a jog, it felt like I was taking a step towards a new life. The form and beauty of nature were blessing me. Running a little, catching my breath at a half-speed. I started walking lightly. Today's plan for jogging was to cover a long distance. I thought to myself, "This is not just an exercise, but it is also very important for my mental peace."
Usually, while jogging, I enjoy the beautiful scenery around me. The leaves of the trees, the singing of birds and the cool breeze—everything seemed to revitalize me. Even though I was tired after jogging, I felt how beautiful the day would be.

After that, I returned with some fresh vegetables, which will later be used for lunch. This task is tiring on a daily basis, but it is also very fruitful and profitable.
A friendly atmosphere for lunch
After returning from the market, I prepared for lunch. The joy of eating together with family and friends is different. Our lunch consisted of homemade masala dal, rice and fresh vegetables. These dishes brought back memories for me.
