Who doesn't wish to have nice glutes and a flat abdomen! đ€đ€đ, I think that is one of the most demanded desires by men and women in adulthood, before they were desired for vanity, but now the advantages of having a flat abdomen and good buttocks are known.
A flat abdomen is an indicator of good health, and having it this way favors insulin control, keeps diabetes away, and attracts looks đ€Łđ. The buttocks, meanwhile, improve posture, balance, and catches the looks that were attracted with the abdomen đ. I'm not a doctor, but concluded that it's healthy to have these body parts as best as possible.

ÂĄQuiĂ©n no desea tener unos buenos glĂșteos y un abdomen plano! đ€đ€đ, creo que ese es uno de los deseos mĂĄs demandados por hombres y mujeres en la edad adulta, antes se deseaban por vanidad, pero ahora se conocen las ventajas de tener un abdomen plano y unos buenos glĂșteos.
El abdomen plano es un indicador de la buena salud, y tenerlo asĂ favorece al control de la insulina, aleja la diabetes, y atrae las miradas đ€Łđ. Los glĂșteos, por su parte, mejoran la postura, el equilibrio y atrapa las miradas que se atrajeron con el abdomen đ. No soy mĂ©dico, pero concluyĂł que es saludable tener estas partes del cuerpo lo mejor posible.
On picture day we focused on these body parts. This is my favorite group class of the whole week and at the end the teacher invents some crazy positions for the pictures, where we have a lot of fun. Here my body doesn't look very harmonious, let's say đđ.
El dĂa de las fotos nos enfocamos en estas partes del cuerpo. Esta es mi clase grupal favorita de toda la semana y al terminar el profesor inventa unas posiciones para las fotos bien locas, donde nos divertimos mucho. AquĂ mi cuerpo no se ve muy armonioso, que digamos đđ.
