Hello friends, today I am sharing my activity count as 8616. I am feeling overjoyed not only because it’s my highest count so far but also because all the physical activity (walk and yoga) is working as a panacea for my body. Yoga is helping me to improve my focus, relieving stress perhaps by increasing the blood flow to brain. Although it’s not that long since I initiated it but I am already feeling some unknown good energy unlocking in my body.
As they say “We have the power to shape our lives” I sooo believe in it. We can’t control the destiny but we can improve our present day by being physically active in our daily lives. This would definitely help in boosting our general health.
