Today this is my first post on this platform and I would like to thank @harpreetjanda for introducing me to Actifit.
I have pledged myself to increase my daily physical activity such as walk / exercise, so I thought it’s a great idea to share it as well.
Today was a cold and foggy morning and I initiated it with yoga. Then went for a lovely 45 minutes walk.
I really felt that yoga combined with walk is a great way to cope with daily stress in today’s life. Highly recommended. Hence, I am sharing my today’s activity here.
