🌿 An active day between responsibilities and little moments for myself 🌿
Today started at full speed 💪
Work from 7:30 to 15:30 – intense as always, lots of movement, kids, emotions and definitely no sitting 😅
After work, I walked home 👣
A small moment to clear my head and breathe after a busy day.
Then it was time for “May weekend + birthday BBQ preparation” mode 🎂🔥
Shopping, carrying bags, organizing – the usual, but the steps just keep adding up 😉
I dropped everything off at the garden plot, so that meant another walk 🚶♀️🌿
A bit of moving around, arranging things, planning… it feels calm, but it’s actually quite a lot of activity.
In the evening, a quick stop at the gas station ⛽
And finally… back home, peace and family time 🏡❤️
📊 Over 10k steps on Actifit, but in reality it was more 💪
👉 My watch shows 12,702 steps today, so the difference is quite noticeable.
I often leave my phone somewhere while working or at the garden, so not everything gets tracked.
What matters most is that it was a day full of movement and good energy 💚

Zakupy, noszenie, ogarnianie – klasyka, ale kroki same się robią 😉
Zawiozłam wszystko na działkę, więc wpadła kolejna porcja ruchu 🚶♀️🌿
Trochę chodzenia po ogrodzie, rozkładanie rzeczy, planowanie – niby spokojnie, a jednak konkretnie.
Wieczorem jeszcze szybki wypad na stację ⛽
I w końcu… dom, cisza i czas dla najbliższych 🏡❤️

👉 Zegarek pokazuje dziś 12 702 kroki, więc różnica jest spora.
Telefon często zostaje gdzieś odłożony przy pracy albo na działce, więc nie wszystko się zlicza.
Najważniejsze jednak, że dzień był pełen ruchu i dobrej energii 💚
