👣 15,000 steps, cleaning & shopping with my daughter – perfect balance! 💪🛍️
Today I managed to combine the pleasant with the useful — a long walk, shopping, and a solid dose of home cleaning.
The morning started in full “Operation Sparkle” mode — deep cleaning that will probably take me a few days, but progress is progress ✨ And nothing boosts motivation like a freshly cleaned space…
well, except successful shopping with a teenage daughter! 😉
In the afternoon we went out together — because when your teen grows overnight, the wardrobe must evolve too 😅 And it’s always better to shop together to avoid future drama like: “Mom, this isn’t my vibe anymore!” 😂

2 pairs of jeans 👖
1 tracksuit 🩳
2 hoodies 👚
1 backpack 🎒
2 handbags 👜 (one for mama — we also deserve little treats! 😁)
Evening vibes: home cinema & full relaxation. My glutes still remember Thursday’s workout 🍑🔥 so today was all about balance — tomorrow I'm heading to the pool, so no need to burn out beforehand 💦

👣 15 000 kroków, sprzątanie i zakupy z córką – idealny balans! 💪🛍️
Dziś udało mi się połączyć przyjemne z pożytecznym – długi spacer, zakupy i spora dawka domowych porządków.
Od rana w trybie "Operacja Błysk" – gruntowne sprzątanie, które pewnie zajmie mi kilka dni, ale już widać efekty ✨ Nic tak nie poprawia nastroju jak czyste kąty… no, może oprócz udanych zakupów z córką! 😉
Po południu wyskoczyłyśmy na wspólne zakupy – bo kiedy nastolatka rośnie w oczach, garderoba musi nadążyć 😅 A wiadomo, najlepiej wybierać razem, żeby później nie było dram w stylu: "Mamo, ale to nie ten vibe!" 😂

1 plecak 🎒
2 torebki 👜 (jedna oczywiście dla mnie – małe przyjemności też są ważne! 😁)
Wieczorem domowe kino i totalny relaks. Nadal czuję pośladki po czwartkowym treningu 🍑🔥 więc dziś na spokojnie – jutro basen, więc trzeba zostawić trochę energii 💦
