Dnes klasický rano, tma a zima na motorku ideální, ale i tak jsem potkal aspoň dalši tři takové, odměnou bylo krásné slunečné odpoledne kdy projížďka byla super. V Oslavanech mi upadl nahon tachometru, na místě jsem to vyřešil. Neni to nové. Dnes nám Americká C17 Globemaster vážící 77 tun dovezla další dva vrtulníky. Paráda. Do toho se Čáslavská letka stíhačů na měsíc nastěhovala k nám ba letiště. Je tu pěkný rambajs.

K mé fyzické kondici .
Mám opět zánět v ruce, plus mě bolí rotátor už měsíce. Rozhodl jsem si dát pauzu od silového tréninku vrchní časti těla.
Doufám že čas zahojí staré rány a ja půjdu opět na výsluní.
Tak jsem si byl zaběhat a spokojen.
Omické kopce to je žrádlo.
Tak přeji všem zdraví a pohodu.

Regarding my physical condition, I have inflammation in my hand again, plus my rotator has been hurting for months. I decided to take a break from upper body strength training. I hope that time will heal old wounds and I will go to the limelight again.
So I went for a run and was satisfied.
Ohmic hills are food.
