That sucks. I've been getting notifications too but I have put the app to sleep in the background. Seems to have worked for now.

Yea it happened after an error on their backend (couldn't post for a few hours). So I think they messed up something in the code. I generally don't do anything HIVE related on my phone so I can walk outside with some piece of mind. I leave the rest for when I get back to my computer.

I got a reply on Discord. Apparently, you can go to settings and change it because it is an intentional change. Make sure to click the save button afterwards.
