Based on some of your posts, you have the advantage of mountains, unlike Michigan which is very flat. But we do have plenty of forests, and of course many lakes. I hope I can one day visit Poland and some other places in the same European region.
I also like this season. It's a little strange this year though, with the mild temperatures, many areas are not even at peak color yet. We might get snow before all the leaves fall!
