Thanks! I also think we are lucky with our quiet neighborhood. But we really do need snow indeed! We got a little bit yesterday, but really not enough. I'm getting jealous of many people getting good snow, even in unusual places, but nothing here mid December! It will get here eventually, I just hope it's not when I'm in Europe visiting family...
