It's my first back in the office and it felt different. Just driving for 15 about minutes (my whole drive is around 1 hour and 10 minutes one way on a distance of 86 kms) seemed like forever. Going back to my numbers, I did better compared in the previous days. In the morning I spent my time bringing all my I.T. stuff back to the new workspace. Our team decided to move onto the second floor of our building which requires me to do a bit of walk when I need to go to the toilet, or to our snack room, or even just to print a document.
The move is good for my Actifit numbers and I expect the figures to be consistent especially during work days.
This is my office set up at the moment. As mentioned moved upstairs as we need to practice social distancing at work , which I think will be advantageous for me. Working on the part of our office building will have less distractions and at the same time I won't worry about many people coming back and forward on the main floor. This floor used be just an activity and general meeting area, and with COVID-19, it hasn't and won't be used for the same purpose for a while.
