Pathetic day but in my defence, the App was off for most of the day!
It was actually my Birthday and the weirdest birthday I've had in life! Not a beer in site but I did get out to Swenson's to get an Oreo Ice cream cake to bring home .
Today's just another day, the app is working and for the first time for ages, I will hit the 5k...possibly ;-)
