Oh dear, one of my plants got smashed by a volley ball, one of those deep violet ones, it was an accident and nothing deliberate. I'm already tired from preparing the new fence panels for installing tomorrow. Better turn in early.

What a long day, once I got to firing up the BBQ we got chatty and the fence ended up 30% complete. After all no one who helps can't leave without being fed.
My Home Depot had long sold out of this variety, my son suggested letting the surviving blooms mature, save the seeds, and try next year from the seeds in starter trays. If they can be grown at all from the seed. Rumor has HD will put their remaining stock at 20% off all plants on May 20th. 🤔
Well.....it doesn't look too bad; perhaps it will perk back up in a day or two. As you said, if they markdown soon, then maybe you can get another one to go with this one. The seed idea isn't bad either!
